Donna Barbisch, D.H.A.

Major General, U.S. Army, Retired

General Barbisch serves as the founder and CEO of Wicked Solutions, LLC.  In addition, she is the Lead Strategist for the Senior Leader Crisis Decision Making effort at the Institute for Simulation and Training, University of Central Florida, the Senior Policy Advisor for the Center for Disaster Medical Science at University of California, Irvine and Distinguished Fellow at George Mason Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. Prior to that, she was President of Global Deterrence Alternatives and Director of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Program Integration for the U.S. Department of Defense. She retired from the U.S. Army after more than 38 years of military service.

Her last three assignments with the U.S. Army include: Director of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Program Integration; Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs; and, Deputy Commander, 3d Medical Command.

General Barbisch serves on numerous boards that focus on disaster readiness, quality of life and veteran issues. She is an alumnus of California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science; University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Master in Public Health; and, Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Health Administration.
