Robert Lee Lavender Jr is from Phoenix, Arizona. He has lived in Phoenix his entire life which is why he is proudly attending Arizona State University. He is majoring in Political Science and Geography. He is in his final year of undergraduate studies and plans on attending graduate school for a Masters in Global Security. When he is not working, or in school, he competes in Spartan Races as a long-distance endurance athlete. Another aspect that is defining in his life is his love for Star Wars. He reads and writes his own Star Wars stories which brings him tremendous joy.

Since attending ASU, he has mainly been involved with sporting events. He goes to almost every single game hosted by the basketball and football teams. Recently, he has gotten involved in the Student Alumni Association.

In the future, he would like to use the knowledge he has gained from Arizona State University to serve his country. He has always felt a calling to be of service to this great nation.
