Talitha Goldmann-Kefalas follows her  mission to “reveal the gold” in others. In doing so, she currently serves the German Federal Ministry of Finances as Transformation Expert, training and implementing innovative ways of working and fostering nationwide collaboration.

With her professional background in “Social Work as Human Rights Profession (M.A.)”, she led an educational facility through crisis and managed a unique pilot project, to help integrate refugees into the labor market.

Since graduating from the “Next Generation Leaders (ASU)” program, Talitha has entered the field of digitalization and #newwork, aiming to transform businesses with a systemic and human-centric approach. As a certified Change Manager, Agile Coach, People- and Organizational Development Manager, she helped transform various companies toward future-proof processes and business designs. During this time, she grew a team of change agents to design and sustain impactful change initiatives.

In her second occupation, she serves global leaders in over ten different countries as a Character-Driven Leadership Coach and Business Consultant, guiding them toward being the change they want to see.
