Chelsea is a senior at William & Mary pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a regional focus on the Indo-Pacific. She has built a diverse portfolio of research and policy experience, including work with AidData’s Chinese Development Finance team and the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre. Most recently, she interned with the LDNS Lab, where she supported the work of Ambassador O’Donnell and Ambassador Scheffer. 

Outside of her professional and academic experiences, she enjoys visiting her family in Japan, playing pickleball, and listening to music by artists such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Role Model, and Tame Impala.
