LoLo is a passionate social entrepreneur dedicated to addressing equity gaps for entrepreneurs of color and promoting true cultural competence in programming and curriculum development. As the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Business Development Center, known as The U, Lo has made significant strides in creating effective solutions and bringing about positive impact. The U serves as an Urban Entrepreneur Support Organization, acting as the primary gateway for urban entrepreneurs to access education, resources, and funding. Under LoLo's leadership, The U has expanded its influence to offer culturally competent curriculum, education, and impactful experiences across the Columbus region. 
LoLo's has been honored with the Reese Neader Memorial Award for Entrepreneurship and Social Change in Columbus, along with being celebrated as one of the top Black Innovative Females on the Rise in the Midwest. Furthermore, her efforts have resulted in The U's Accelerator Program being
recognized as the top 5 in Columbus, OH. Recently, The U was also honored as the 2023 Small Business Advocate by the Central Ohio
African American Chamber of Commerce. Although LoLo hails from Dayton, OH, she has made Columbus her home and launching pad for her broader mission of fostering equity, collaboration, and cultural diversity in the entrepreneurial landscape nationwide.
