Sophia is a senior at Arizona State University, majoring in Political Science with a certificate in International Studies. As a Barrett Honors student, she looks to write her Honors Thesis on the feasibility of a two-state solution in the Israel-Palestine conflict. Currently, she is involved in several MENA culture clubs on campus and is the Director of Advocacy for both Arab Student Association and Southwest Asian and North African Coalition. She hopes to pursue a career in the foreign service, exploring this interest through involvement in programs such as the Policy Design Studio and Global Leader Practicum. Sophia aims to contribute to conflict resolution and promote lasting peace through a future career in diplomacy.
